Meet Our Staff

Mia Fuller, CHT, MS, OT

Mia Fuller graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Occupational Therapy. After several years of working with a variety of patient populations, Mia decided to specialize in the treatment of upper extremity disorders. She graduated with her Master of Science in Clinical Administration from Georgia State University several years later, and went on to receive her hand therapy certification as well.

Mia has been working in upper extremity orthopedics since 1992. She has been trained by some of Atlanta's top hand surgeons and has also mentored students as well as been a guest lecturer on upper extremity topics both locally and at the annual Hand Therapy Conference.

Mia opened the doors to Comprehensive Therapy Solutions November, 2003 and has enjoyed every minute with her patients. When Mia is not at the clinic, she is busy with her husband and three daughters. She also enjoys running, tennis and scrapbooking.

Rachel Biller, MSPT

Rachel graduated with her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. Prior to that she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 1993. Rachel has been practicing outpatient orthopedics in the North Atlanta area for 12 years and treats all types of orthopedic problems. These include neck, back, upper and lower extremity, vehicle accidents, headaches and sports injuries.

She has had advanced training in the treatment of the spine through the McKenzie Institute. In addition, with her background in exercise physiology, Rachel is uniquely able to help her patients design and implement fitness programs for all levels.

Dianne Wright, PT, CHT

Dianne graduated from SUNY at Buffalo, NY, with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Physical Therapy. After 3 years of working, she returned for additional study and completed a MS in Physical Therapy from UNC at Chapel Hill, NC.

Dianne has been working since 1985 with orthopedic and sports medicine patients. She began work in Phoenix, AZ, then moved to Raleigh, NC. She then spent a year in Brussels, Belgium, where she worked on a research project evaluating a battery of tests for hand diagnoses. After spending an additional 6 years in Raleigh, she moved to Atlanta Ga, where she has been working at CTS.

Dianne has always been interested in the treatment of orthopedic diagnoses for her career. In 1993, she began pursuing treatment of hand diagnoses as a specialty, and completed her certification in hand therapy. Since both of her daughter's are competitive gymnasts, Dianne has developed an interest in working with injured athletes, and assisting in their return to competition.

Dianne and her husband, Steven, have been married for 22 years. They have 19 year old twins, Stephanie and Geoffrey, who are sophomores in college. With the twins away, they keep themselves busy with the activities of their third child, 11 year old, Chloe.

Lois Scott

If it weren't for Lois, the clinic would be in shambles. She stays so busy, she hasn't had time to provide a profile for our website.
